We warmly congratulate Dr. Martin Huschens on receiving the JGU Doctoral Award of Faculty 03. During the festive doctoral ceremony on November 22, 2019, in the Dean’s Office Hall, the dean of Faculty 03, Professor Dr. Mülbert, presented the award, endowed with €1,000.
Dr. Huschens completed his doctorate titled “Psychological and Behavioral Effects of Relative Performance Feedback in Information Systems” in February 2019. As an academic staff member at the chair, his research focused on the application and effects of performance transparency-generating ranking mechanisms in information systems. Central to his doctorate was an extensive field study on e-learning in elementary schools in Mainz.
